Job summary

Position available on or after September 1, 2026 and ending by May 21, 2027 with potential for reappointment based on budget, department needs, and performance.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
• Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year in which you are applying.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administrative support to the School of Nursing office.
• Organize, file, scan, and maintain records; support faculty and staff with routine tasks.
• Assist with meetings, events, and preparation of materials; maintain confidentiality.
