Job summary

The University of North Florida Board of Trustees is seeking an One Stop Advisor to support enrollment services in Jacksonville, FL. Responsibilities include assisting Admissions, Records and Registration, and Financial Aid; advising on FAFSA and cost of attendance; and resolving complex inquiries with FERPA compliance.

Under supervision, you will help design and implement departmental processes, coordinate with University partners, and address student needs holistically to promote timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma and 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219.

Responsibilities

• Provide cross-functional services in Admissions, Records and Registration, and Financial Aid to students, alumni, parents, faculty, staff, and the University community.
• Advise students and parents on in-depth financial aid matters, FAFSA applications, eligibility and disbursement of aid.
• Troubleshoot FAFSA errors and missing financial aid requirements with students and families to resolve issues.
• Assist in designing, developing and implementing departmental processes and programs; recommend policies for effective coordination.
