Responsibilities

Provide cross-functional services in Admissions, Records and Registration, and Financial Aid to students, alumni, parents, faculty, staff, and the University community.
Offer proactive diagnostic support and problem resolution in Enrollment Services functions.
Advise students and parents on financial aid matters including FAFSA, eligibility and disbursement.
Troubleshoot FAFSA errors and missing requirements to resolve aid awarding issues.
Assist public in person, virtually, by phone, or via email with Enrollment Services inquiries.
Collaborate with team and University partners to tailor services to individual student needs.
