NOVA is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize data-driven marketing communications supporting enrollment goals and student engagement. You will serve as the primary admin for Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and related CRM technologies, leveraging analytics to improve conversion and enrollment performance.

The role involves collaboration with multiple teams and external partners, with telework options after a probationary period and a standard Mon-Fri schedule

Qualifications

• Minimum Work Experience in marketing or related field.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, or performance measurement frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, manage, and optimize automated journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Develop audience segmentation strategies based on demographics and engagement data.
• Lead marketing performance analytics and enrollment funnel reporting.
• Develop dashboards connecting campaign activity to enrollment outcomes.
• Collaborate with agencies to align paid media, website experiences, and CRM reporting.
