Job summary

Bloomfield Arts & Crafts Studio in Edmond, OK is seeking an Enrollment & Sales Specialist who loves talking with families and explaining our art, sewing and crochet programs. This part-time, fully onsite role focuses on guiding families from inquiry to enrollment and helping children get excited to return.

Qualifications

• Experience talking with parents and kids.
• Ability to explain programs clearly and enthusiastically.
• Willing to learn art, sewing, and crochet.
• Friendly, organized, and proactive; able to sell without being pushy.

Responsibilities

• Lead Follow-Up & Enrollment: contact parents, understand needs, explain programs, recommend best fit, run discovery classes, convert to enrollment, follow up on non-enrolled families.
• Bookings & Retention: follow up on party inquiries, keep class bookings strong, reduce drop rates, upsell programs.
• CRM & Communication: keep CRM updated with lead, family, and enrollment data; reach out across platforms; build relationships.
• How You'll Be Evaluated: metrics on leads, conversion, retention, and upsell.
