Job summary

The Grosse Pointe Public Schools System is seeking a detail-focused Enrollment and Residency Coordinator to support student enrollment, residency verification, and onboarding for families. You will work with district offices to ensure compliant procedures, accurate data, and clear communication with families.

You will partner with school staff and district officials to coordinate transitions, records, and required documentation, while maintaining confidentiality and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in K-12 enrollment, residency, or student services preferred.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement enrollment policies and procedures district-wide.
• Serve as primary contact for families during enrollment and onboarding.
• Track enrollment inquiries, registrations, and trends; maintain accurate records.
• Audit residency and enrollment records for compliance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with administration and outside agencies on residency matters.
• Maintain and communicate confidentiality of student and family information.
