Job summary

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Admission, you will manage applications, interview candidates, provide guidance to admitted students, and communicate admission decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant admissions, recruitment, student services, enrollment management, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Outreach: Develop and implement strategies to attract prospective students and represent the institution at recruitment events.
• Admission Process: Review applications, assist students with submissions, conduct interviews, and communicate outcomes.
• Student Support: Guide admitted students through enrollment, explain financial aid options, coordinate campus visits and meetings.
• Data Management: Maintain records, generate recruitment reports, analyze data for opportunities and improvements.
