Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and assesses recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals for first-time students, transfers, and special populations.
• Analyzes enrollment data and trends to inform recruitment initiatives and align efforts with the university’s strategic plan.
• Collaborates with campus partners (Admissions, Marketing, Financial Aid, Academic Affairs) to ensure cohesive recruitment messaging and practices.
• Supervises, trains, and evaluates recruitment staff to ensure consistent performance and professional growth.
• Provides leadership in territory management, call campaigns, and outreach activities.
• Oversees major recruitment events and coordinates with internal/external partners for successful outcomes.
• Builds partnerships with high schools, community colleges, and community organizations.
