Job summary

Bossier Parish Community College (BPCC) is seeking a full-time, on-site Recruitment/Enrollment Specialist to support the College’s Strategic Enrollment Management Plan. You will assist with recruitment activities, manage data in the CRM/database, and help coordinate events and tours to promote BPCC.

The role requires a minimum associate degree and three years of related experience, with strong communication skills and a valid driver’s license. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree is required.
• Three years of experience in recruitment, admissions, student services, customer service, sales, outreach, or a related field.
• Excellent written, verbal, and public speaking skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, databases, and Microsoft Office 365 preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing data-informed recruitment and enrollment strategies.
• Maintain the database using a variety of software and systems.
• Provide assistance with recruiting events and campus tours.
• Promote the College through presentations and tours.
• Build relationships with high school counselors, teachers, and partners.
• Travel throughout the service area and assist with open houses and orientation activities.
• Coordinate with Admissions, Financial Aid, Advising, and Marketing to address barriers to enrollment.
