Job summary

Charter One, based in Arizona, is seeking a Registration Specialist to support enrollment and records across AZ, NC, and SC. The role focuses on enrollment systems, data accuracy, and responsive customer service to families and staff, with a background check required.

You will manage waitlists, lotteries, FERPA translations, and coordinate with campus teams to ensure compliant, timely reporting. This is a hands-on position located at our Arizona corporate office and offers benefits and a 401k.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the registration and enrollment systems to ensure processing is timely and efficient across multiple schools and states.
• Manage enrollment, waitlist, and lottery processes for multiple schools and states.
• Ensure proper storage and purging of data in accordance with Records Retention and FERPA compliance.
• Provide timely, white-glove customer service to staff and families.
• Collaborate with campus staff to ensure accurate enrollment information and reporting.
