Job summary

Dallas College seeks a Recruitment & Enrollment Readiness Coach to help middle school, high school, and adult learners identify career goals and enroll in programs that support long-term success. The role is on-site in California with potential hybrid after six months based on policy and job needs.

Responsibilities include outreach, collaborations with schools and partners, and using data to drive enrollment results while adhering to Dallas College standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, official transcripts required.
• Two years of related experience preferably in a higher education setting.
• Current and valid driver’s license required for offsite travel.
• Ability to work extended hours beyond the normal workday, including nights and weekends.
• Bilingual or multilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide transformational support to students and families in alignment to enrollment goals using a case management model.
• Collaborate and support the development, execution, and ongoing improvement of student outreach and recruitment programs.
• Support the implementation of a comprehensive communication plan across market segments that address prospective students and enrollment processes.
• Maintain effective communication between students, staff, faculty and administrators with external community stakeholders.
• Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with area schools and community organizations to advance enrollment goals.
