This role is 100% remote.
Summary
Position Overview: The Enrollment Quality Manager is the driving force behind the maintenance and improvement of Lumata Health’s Enrollment Quality Program. This role ensures the integrity and performance of the Enrollment team through oversight of auditing, training, process documentation, and compliance. The Enrollment Quality Manager will work cross-functionally to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of Lumata’s enrollment workflows. This position reports to the Director of Quality (VP of Clinical Operations until the Director of Quality position is filled).
Essential Functions
Auditing & Oversight
- Monitor quality auditing tools and reports to ensure 100% of monthly call and process audits are completed.
- Perform audits on enrollment calls, documentation, and workflows for both new and tenured Enrollment Specialists.
- Provide data analysis of audit results and trends to Enrollment Managers, Director of Enrollment, and VP of Clinical Operations.
- Offer coaching and feedback based on audit outcomes to improve performance and adherence to enrollment standards.
Training & Development
- Collaborate with Enrollment leadership to design and improve onboarding and continuing education programs.
- Update and maintain training content within Lumata’s Learning Management System (Trainual) for Enrollment modules.
- Conduct quarterly reviews and revisions of training materials to reflect current processes, priorities, and quality findings.
Process Development & Documentation
- Identify opportunities for process improvement based on audit results, performance data, and team feedback.
- Develop, update, and maintain process documentation and SOPs that guide the Enrollment team’s operations.
- Participate as a stakeholder in projects related to program and process development.
Compliance & Program Management
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and internal privacy standards across all enrollment activities.
- Collaborate with peers in Clinical Operations and Quality to align quality initiatives across departments.
- Support company-wide adherence to HIPAA training and maintain secure, compliant practices.
Requirements
Required Skills
- Demonstrated success in quality assurance, process improvement, or training in a healthcare, enrollment, or contact center environment.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Experience with content development and managing learning systems or training programs.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify actionable insights from qualitative and quantitative data.
- Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, quality assurance, enrollment coordination, or a related field.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and healthcare documentation standards required.
- Experience with CRM platforms, call auditing systems, or LMS tools (e.g., Salesforce, Trainual) preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Must have a home office or HIPAA-compliant workspace
- Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at the desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to hear, speak, call and virtually meet.
Work Environment
In order to perform the essential functions of this job, you must have a dedicated remote workspace, and a wireless connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps of download speed and 10 Mbps of upload speed of dedicated internet bandwidth for each person working from home; the workspace is private and has low to no noise level as you will be on phone calls with patients. It is very important that your workspace is HIPAA compliant; your company issued laptop/pc must maintain visibility that only you can access as you'll be handling patient data. You are also expected to have your camera on during virtual meetings, therefore, you must be in a designated workspace/room for privacy.
