Omada Health is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Enrollment team, helping move prospective members from interest through eligibility, plan selection, and activation.

You’ll contribute high‑quality web applications, participate in architecture discussions, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and ops to improve conversion and reliability. Remote‑first culture, competitive compensation, and strong growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience writing readable, tested, and efficient code.
• Experience with Ruby (preferred) or Python.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Experience with designing scalable, maintainable and secure APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a blend of proprietary and third‑party tools powering the enrollment funnel.
• Contribute to delivery of high‑quality web application code with tests and reviews.
• Spend majority of time on hands‑on coding and collaboration with senior engineers.
• Work in an agentic coding workflow using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot.
