Responsibilities

• Provide academic guidance and assist with enrollment, financial aid, and enrollment processes.
• Advise on course selection and academic majors.
• Coordinate New Student Orientation and onboarding support.
• Develop and maintain student caseloads and files.
• Maintain CRM notes to support student services.
• Assist with recruitment events and school visits.
• Collaborate with registrar and financial aid offices.
