Job summary

Vertex Education is hiring an Enrollment Outreach Specialist in Arizona to contact families, guide them from inquiry to application, and coordinate campus tours. You will support Spanish-speaking families from first contact through handoff, while maintaining accurate CRM activity in HubSpot.

The role requires fast follow-up within one business day, multi-channel outreach, and collaboration with campus teams to ensure a smooth handoff and strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in high-volume phone-based roles (admissions, enrollment, sales)
• Proficiency with a CRM (HubSpot) to manage outreach and logging
• Bilingual English/Spanish (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail in data entry and record keeping

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to new Arizona enrollment leads within one business day.
• Work daily across lead queues, prioritizing high-intent leads.
• Follow up on tour requests, information session sign-ups, events, and incomplete applications.
• Perform re-engagement outreach for stalled leads and close unresponsive leads.
• Answer family questions about Legacy Traditional Schools and the application process.
• Guide families through starting and submitting an application and scheduling tours or sessions.
• Handoff new applicants to campus with complete information and route questions to the appropriate team.
• Log every outreach activity in HubSpot and keep lead status updated; contribute to weekly reporting.

Be the one who makes a difference—with us.As an Enrollment Outreach Specialist, you are responsible for enrollment opportunity outreach for Legacy Traditional Schools campuses in Arizona. You are the first point of contact for families who have shown interest in our schools. You contact every assigned lead quickly, guide families from inquiry to a submitted application through consistent, multi-channel outreach, and hand each new applicant to their campus with complete information. This role does not include Registrar coaching, Registrar support, Registrar coverage, or LKC program enrollment.Responsibilities / Essential Functions:Enrollment Opportunity Outreach:Make outbound calls and send texts and emails to new Arizona enrollment leads within one business day, following the approved outreach cadence in HubSpot.Work assigned lead queues daily across all lead sources, prioritizing new and high-intent leads.Follow up on tour requests, information session sign-ups, event attendees, and incomplete applications.Run re-engagement outreach for stalled and unresponsive leads, and close out leads that do not respond after the full cadence.Family Engagement:Answer family questions about Legacy Traditional Schools, programs, campus options, and the application process.Guide families through starting and submitting an application, and help them schedule campus tours or information sessions.Serve Spanish-speaking families in Spanish from first contact through handoff (bilingual position).Handoff to Campus:Hand each new applicant to the campus using the standard call-to-registration handoff, including the family's needs and any follow-up promised.Route Registrar and post-application questions to the campus, and LKC program questions to Community Education.Data & Reporting:Log every outreach activity and outcome in HubSpot on the same day, and keep lead status and stage fields accurate.Capture the reasons families do not apply using standard categories, and flag recurring issues to the Lead, Enrollment.Contribute to weekly and monthly reporting on speed to contact, conversion, and reactivation.Qualifications:Required Qualifications:1+ years of experience in a high-volume, phone-based role such as admissions, enrollment, sales development, or customer service.Proficiency using a CRM platform (HubSpot preferred) to manage outreach, track lead progress, and log activity.Clear, warm, and professional communication by phone, text, and email.Ability to manage a daily queue, follow a defined cadence, and meet contact standards consistently.Strong attention to detail in data entry and record keeping.Bilingual position only: professional fluency in English and Spanish, spoken and written.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in K-12 school admissions or enrollment, ideally in a charter school network.Familiarity with Arizona school choice and the charter enrollment process.Experience with outreach cadences, sequences, or re-engagement campaigns.Professional fluency in Spanish (standard position).Be excited to be a part of our team and grow your career with us!Be the one who enables us to positively impact over 258,000 students across multiple states while driving our growth forward so we can enrich even more lives.
