Job summary

Native Health is seeking an Outreach and Enrollment Specialist to help families access affordable health insurance through Medicaid/CHIP and the Health Insurance Marketplace in Maricopa County. The role emphasizes outreach to AI/AN communities, collaboration with schools and community sites, and enrollment support in home, clinic, or community settings.

Qualified candidates will have knowledge of AHCCCS/KidsCare programs, strong customer service, and experience in outreach/education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years in customer service/health care advocacy.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Must obtain HEA+ and CHW certifications after hire.

Responsibilities

• Promote NH services via Medicaid/CHIP and Marketplace.
• Provide materials to the community in Maricopa County.
• Enroll patients in discounts and fee waivers for AI/AN patients.
• Monitor enrollment and renew eligibility annually.
• Collaborate with local partners on outreach and enrollment efforts.
• Assist clients with enrollment or referrals to public health programs.
