Urban Health Plan, Inc. in Bronx, NY is seeking an Outreach and Enrollment Manager responsible for the overall management of our Outreach and Enrollment Department, overseeing grant-funded programs to enroll patients in NY State of Health.

This role directs staff, ensures grant compliance, builds community collaborations, and supports enrollment efforts across Bronx, Manhattan, and Queens, with on-site schedule Monday to Friday, and occasional weekend outreach events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration, business administration, or related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• 2–5 years of experience supervising employees within a program.
• Excellent communication, data reporting, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing grant programs is highly desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Provides management and supervision of associates within the team including hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, performance management, and payroll.
• Ensures adherence to grant contract terms along with timely and accurate reporting and compliance with program goals and grant deliverables.
• Identifies, screens, and assists individuals with enrollment in health insurance and provides post-enrollment assistance.
• Develops and executes collaboration plans with the community and Urban Health Plan to promote services.
• Visits Urban Health Plan locations and health centers within the Bronx, Manhattan, and Queens to promote services.
