Job summary

Urban Health Plan is seeking an Outreach and Enrollment Manager to oversee the department, supervise staff, and ensure grant deliverables. The role involves enrollment support, collaboration with the community, and on-site promotion across Bronx, Manhattan, and Queens.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Health Care Administration or related field, bilingual English/Spanish, and 2–5 years of supervisory experience with strong communication and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Admin, Business Admin, or related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• 2–5 years supervising employees in a program.
• Excellent communication, data reporting, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing grant programs is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provides management and supervision of associates including hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, performance management, and payroll.
• Ensures adherence to grant contracts and timely, accurate reporting and grant deliverables.
• Identifies, screens, and assists individuals with enrollment in health insurance and provides post-enrollment support.
• Develops collaboration plans with the community and Urban Health Plan to promote services.
• Visits Urban Health Plan locations to promote services in Bronx, Manhattan, and Queens.
• Attends required meetings and completes federal/state consumer assistance training.
• Promotes a team-based environment and supports staff development and program growth.
• Coordinates quality improvement activities for the department.
