Job summary

Cristo Rey Miami High School is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to support the Office of Admissions and Recruitment through the student application and enrollment cycle. You will serve as the primary contact for prospective students and families, manage records, and help drive enrollment goals.

You will coordinate events, liaise with feeder schools and community organizations, and provide translation as needed. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and English/Spanish fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience in recruitment, enrollment services, or student engagement is a plus.
• Two years or more in recruitment, enrollment services, marketing, student services, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with the Director of Admissions and Recruitment regarding the status of the student admissions cycle.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students and families.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, confidential applicant records in the admissions database and compile required documentation for review by the Admissions Review Committee.
• Support Open Houses, Exam Days, Interview Days, Enrollment Meetings, and recruitment events.
• Coordinate with families and schools to collect missing application requirements and assist with financial aid applications and verification.
• Guide families through the registration process, ensuring all documentation is complete and submitted on time.
• Organize and conduct admissions interviews with prospective students and families.
• Provide information on scholarships, financial assistance, and available resources.
• Participate in school fairs, expos, churches, and community events to recruit students.
• Collaborate on recruitment and marketing initiatives, including materials, social media, ads, mailings, and web content.
• Serve as liaison with feeder schools, churches, and partner organizations to strengthen recruitment partnerships.
• Assist with New Student Orientation and transition activities for incoming students.
• Collaborate with staff to support successful transition of new students during their first year.
• Provide translation/interpretation for prospective families and enrollment activities as needed.
• Attend Cristo Rey Network programs, training, and professional development for Recruitment and Enrollment.
• Work occasional evenings and weekends for events and outreach.
