Job summary

Cristo Rey Charleston High School is seeking a mission-driven Recruitment & Enrollment Coordinator to help build the founding class of 100 students for the August 2027 opening. You will serve as the primary contact for prospective families, manage admissions operations, and design systems that deliver exceptional service throughout the enrollment journey.

As part of the founding team, you will cultivate pipelines, coordinate events, and support bilingual outreach while ensuring data integrity

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in admissions or related fields.
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work with students and families from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment strategies and events to enroll the founding class.
• Manage admissions operations, including applications and documentation.
• Support family engagement and provide exceptional customer service.
• Schedule admissions interviews, tests, and campus visits.
• Maintain admissions databases and ensure data integrity.
• Forecast enrollment trends and analyze recruitment outcomes.
