Job summary

The analyst will handle data imports, customization of communications, and training for staff and student workers, ensuring data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

• Advanced ability to understand and navigate a complex relational database.
• Experience collecting, manipulating, verifying, analyzing, and modeling data.
• Knowledge of Technolutions Slate or similar CRM.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Ability to create and edit formulas and pivot tables in Excel.
• PowerBI experience is preferred.
• HTML and CSS programming skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the Slate CRM to support admissions operations.
• Validate and import data from the Common Application, test scores, transcripts, and vendors.
• Create and test complex emails and communications in Slate.
• Generate reports using Slate, Excel, and PowerBI.
• Oversee student Operations Assistants and provide training.
• Ensure data integrity across the college information systems.
• Support shipments, documents processing, and related workflows.
