Job summary

Pitzer College is seeking an Admission Operations & Systems Analyst to manage the Slate CRM, validate data, and build complex reports. You will also supervise student staff and oversee document processing for thousands of applications annually.

The role requires strong Excel, PowerBI, HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills and the ability to train colleagues. This is a hybrid position with in-office and remote days, offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of a complex relational database and data queries.
• Experience collecting, manipulating, verifying, analyzing, and modeling data.
• Experience with Slate or similar CRM and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• CRM Management: act as a Power User in Slate, build emails and data queries, maintain events and templates, manage user access and training.
• Document Processing: validate and scan documents, oversee admissions emails, supervise student Operations Assistants.
• Reporting: create and run data queries and reports in Slate, Excel, and PowerBI, ensure compliance with policies, support enrollment decision-making.
• General Duties: assist in technology adoption, support large on-campus events, provide back-up reception and other related tasks.
