OpenLoop Health, Inc. is hiring a Manager, Enrollment to lead a 51-person team across US payer enrollment.

You will own denial root-cause analysis, streamline submission workflows, and drive improvements with cross-functional partners in Revenue Cycle, Sales, and Compliance. You will build coaching programs, set priorities, and establish escalation paths while maintaining accurate, timely enrollment with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers across multiple states.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in provider enrollment, credentialing, or payer relations.
• 2+ years leading or supervising a large operational team (25+ staff).
• Experience with government and commercial payers (Medicare/Medicaid).
• Familiarity with CAQH, PECOS, MDStaff; open to Jira.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of enrollment specialists across US payer enrollment.
• Establish workflows, queues, deadlines, and accountability standards.
• Perform root-cause analysis on enrollment denials and implement fixes.
• Escalate and resolve stalled or at-risk applications with payers.
• Coordinate with Revenue Cycle, Sales, Compliance/Legal, and other departments.
