Job summary

Oglethorpe University seeks an Assistant Director of Enrollment Operations to manage documents, applications, and sensitive information within the enrollment systems. The role oversees the CRM Slate, and alignment with the Common App and Coalition for College Applications.

You will lead process optimization, data analysis, and secure data handling while supporting non-degree seeking populations and international reviews. This is a full-time, 12-month position with some travel and tight deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
3+ years of progressive professional experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.
Proficiency with enrollment CRMs and data systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Process optimization: manage materials and documentation for applications.
Application management: maintain platforms and test updates.
Systems management: oversee Slate operations, security, and data integrity.
Enrollment analytics: develop reports and dashboards.
Special population: oversee non-degree seeking applicants and related communications.
