Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in applicable field.
• 6 years of progressively responsible enrollment management/registrar experience.

Responsibilities

• Registration & Enrollment Operations: manage course enrollment, term activation, add/drop, and grading compliance.
• Academic Scheduling: coordinate class schedules aligned with curriculum priorities.
• Records Management: oversee student records with FERPA compliance and data accuracy.
• Systems, Data & Compliance: use SIS (Banner/Elantra) for audits and reporting.
• Leadership & Collaboration: supervise staff and partner with offices across the university.
