Job summary

Texas A&M University in Houston seeks an Assistant Program Director of Enrollment Management to lead registration, scheduling, records, and enrollment reporting for EnMed. You will report to the Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management and ensure integrity and efficiency across enrollment operations.

The role requires collaboration with faculty, development of SOPs, supervision of staff, and ongoing improvements to enrollment processes. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6 years of enrollment management experience with staff supervision.
• Experience with enrollment data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to lead projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of FERPA and student records compliance.
• Familiarity with Banner and enrollment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee student registration processes and enrollment reporting.
• Ensure accurate enrollment status reporting per policies and accreditations.
• Develop SOPs to support enrollment workflows.
• Supervise staff and train support personnel.
• Coordinate scheduling with faculty and partner colleges.
• Support transcript production and enrollment verification.
