Job summary

Texas A&M University in Houston seeks an Assistant Program Director of Enrollment Management to lead registration, scheduling, records, and enrollment reporting for EnMed. You will ensure efficient operations, data integrity, and compliance with FERPA while partnering with faculty and student affairs.

The role requires collaboration across offices, supervision of staff, and adaptation to a growing health education program. This is a full-time on-site position in Houston, Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in an applicable field.
• Minimum 6 years of progressively responsible enrollment management experience.
• Experience supervising staff and leading operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage all student registration processes and reporting accuracy.
• Coordinate academic scheduling to support the EnMed curriculum.
• Oversee student academic records with FERPA compliance.
• Audit data, support reporting, and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Supervise staff and collaborate with offices to support matriculation through graduation.
