Qualifications

• Enrollment Coordinator I: Bachelor’s degree required or a high school diploma with related experience.
• Enrollment Coordinator II/III: Bachelor's degree in social services, student affairs, psychology, communications, education or related area; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for students at MT One Stop, assisting with enrollment inquiries and general transactions.
• Coordinate with bursar, financial aid, scheduling, records, and residency to resolve student questions.
• Provide detailed guidance on MT policies, federal guidelines, and enrollment procedures.
• Assist with registration, residency determinations, and tuition/fee information; perform related projects.
• Occasional night and weekend work may be required.
