The Enrollment Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the process of guiding prospective students through the admissions process providing quality customer service to students and their parents/guardians with program orientation.
This position requires regular in-office presence to provide visible, accountable support to the Enrollment and Application teams while fostering collaboration and leadership across all departments. Remote work opportunities are available and may vary based on operational needs and business priorities.
The Key Performance Indicator (KPI) that measures the Enrollment Manager; 50% completed enrollment documentation package for all activated students across the team.
High school diploma required. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in enrollment, admissions, or student services, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management role.
At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role. You are required to obtain and maintain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
