Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in admissions or related department.
• Experience with CRMs (Slate, Salesforce, Jenzabar) and data-driven decision making.
• Strong written and verbal communication; public speaking experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee daily admissions operations.
• Inspire, coach, and mentor admissions staff to meet enrollment goals.
• Develop marketing materials and strategies using current technology and social media.
• Collaborate with Institutional Effectiveness, Student Experience, Marketing, and Student Success.
• Coordinate recruitment plans, review applications, and convey decisions while ensuring policy compliance.
• Manage department budget and travel for recruitment events; communicate with via internal/external stakeholders.
