Job summary

The South Dakota Board of Regents seeks an Enrollment Advisor for USD's College of Arts and Sciences to help grow enrollment and engage students in the majors the College offers. You will be a key member of the Dean’s leadership team, coordinating campus visit events and collaborating with chairs, faculty, and staff on recruitment initiatives.

You will manage the recruitment funnel, work with regional high school teachers, and expand communications for high-potential majors, while supervising

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with prospective students, families, educators, and campus stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campus visit events for the College of Arts & Sciences, including individual visits and class schedules.
• Collaborate with department chairs, faculty, and staff on recruitment processes and best practices.
• Manage the college’s recruitment funnel to ensure admitted students receive attention and information.
• Work with regional high school teachers to design engagement strategies for College majors.
• Expand communication plans for growth potential majors.
• Manage a team of current students in engagement activities.
• Coordinate with the Office of Admissions to expand and align enrollment strategies.
• Limited travel required for growth in enrollment.
