Green Dot Public Schools seeks a strategic Manager of Enrollment to drive recruitment and enrollment across its network. You will supervise Enrollment Coordinators, lead field recruitment, and translate strategies into actionable plans to reach a 3:1 applications-to-seats ratio.

The role reports to the Director of Enrollment and requires strong people management, data-driven decision making, and a commitment to educational equity. Evening/weekend hours and bilingual Spanish are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience is required.
• 4+ years in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• 2+ years in a managerial or coaching role.
• Experience in student recruitment, education, marketing or mission-driven organizations.
• Strong project management: planning, organizing, executing tasks to meet goals.

Aufgaben

• Support the development and implementation of network-wide recruitment initiatives.
• Directly supervise SECs including coaching and evaluations.
• Own field recruitment, including canvassing, feeder-school outreach, and events.
• Manage SEC schedules and assignments to meet enrollment goals.
• Ensure consistent recruitment messaging and timely follow-up.
