The role requires several years of experience in student recruitment or admissions, proven sales leadership, and strong data-driven decision-making.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Several years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or related roles within higher education.
• Proven experience managing a sales team in a call center or high-volume phone sales environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team with performance evaluations.
• Oversee daily call center operations, including lead distribution and KPIs.
• Build relationships with high schools, colleges, and partners to enhance recruitment.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop messaging and promotional materials.
• Collect and analyze data on recruitment trends and conversions.
• Coordinate with admissions to ensure smooth application processes.
• Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment.
• Manage international recruitment initiatives and partnerships.
• Collaborate with enrollment management to optimize financial aid and incentives.
