Achievement First seeks a Senior Associate, Community Outreach to drive enrollment efforts for Connecticut schools, building partnerships with families, schools, and community organizations. You will manage outreach campaigns, analyze enrollment data, and guide families from inquiry through matriculation.

Hybrid role based in Hartford/New Haven with remote days possible; candidates must reside within a commutable distance of Hartford or New Haven, CT.

Aufgaben

• Build Community Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement and manage relationships with community organizations, daycares, schools, and leaders.
• Coordinate and represent AF Connecticut schools at events and recruitment activities.
• Conduct outreach to school leadership and build enrollment buy-in.
• Refine outreach approaches based on community needs and prior outcomes.
• Cultivate relationships with counselors and educators to sustain enrollment pipelines.
• Support in-school recruitment events and offer management to meet targets.
