The Learning Experience is seeking an Assistant Director – Marketing & Community Engagement in New Haven and Cromwell to grow enrollment, manage digital marketing, and build strong community partnerships.

The role blends marketing and outreach with center operations support, requiring strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. Travel between locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Connect with families and community partners to generate enrollment opportunities.
• Coordinate marketing, social media, and community outreach activities.
• Support two center locations and leadership with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enrollment strategies to grow center enrollment.
• Create and manage social media content and digital marketing efforts.
• Build partnerships with local organizations and employers for benefits and referrals.
• Coordinate community events, tours, and family engagement activities.
• Provide administrative support to Center Director and leadership team.
