Job summary

The Diocese of Grand Rapids seeks an Enrollment Advocate to support enrollment growth across 31 Catholic schools. You will recruit prospective students from pre-K through 12th grade, working closely with pastors, school leaders, and families.

You will use a CRM to manage communications, coordinate school visits, assist families with admissions and financial aid, track outreach data, and build partnerships with community organizations to strengthen Catholic education in the diocese.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in a related field preferred, unless candidate has strong experience in education, marketing, sales or PR.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Experience working with Hispanic populations; bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Self-motivated with outstanding organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.
• Commitment to strengthening Catholic Pre-K–12 schools.
• Knowledge of and support for Catholic schools' mission.
• Familiarity with Diocese of Grand Rapids Catholic schools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist enrollment growth initiatives across 31 Catholic schools in the Diocese.
• Recruit prospective pre-K–12 students; liaise with pastors and school staff.
• Use CRM to manage communications with prospective families and track data.
• Provide information on admissions and financial aid; coordinate school visits.
• Develop community outreach materials and build partnerships with local organizations.
• Schedule events and follow up with families; support enrolled students.
• Produce enrollment reports to guide outreach efforts.
• Other duties as assigned.
