Qualifications

• Strong ability to build positive relationships with families and staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate and engage parents, serving as liaison between school and families.
• Lead and support enrollment, recruitment and open house activities.
• Coordinate parent volunteer initiatives and leadership teams (PTO or similar).
• Translate between English and Spanish when needed.
• Support school operations and office activities for family engagement goals.
