Job summary

Msvchicago is seeking an Intake and Admissions Coordinator to provide support for the Child Development program's enrollment functions. You will manage intake assessments, coordinate family orientations, and maintain important documentation.

The ideal candidate should have an associate's degree and strong organizational, communication, and computer skills. This is a full-time role with a salary range of $17.00 to $20.00 hourly, requiring 40 hours of work per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year of Administrative or customer service experience is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Child Development Program waitlist and customer service for inquiries.
• Coordinate new family orientations and conduct intake interviews.
• Run reports on enrollment status and classroom changes.
• Coordinate with different departments for client information and needs.
