Job summary

Family Service Association is seeking an Intake Coordinator to support Kids Academy and After School Daycare programs. This full-time role (35 hrs/wk) runs Monday–Friday, 9:30 a.m.–5:50 p.m., with occasional evenings or weekend events. Starting pay is $20.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

The Intake Coordinator will oversee the enrollment process, ensure compliance with state regulations, and provide exceptional customer service to families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous EEC voucher experience preferred.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage voucher/fee-for-service intake, enrollment, waiting lists, data entry, and reporting.
• Determine eligibility, fees, and slot type based on criteria.
• Schedule start dates with teachers and program director for census management.
• Maintain child files per agency and EEC standards, including health information.
• Oversee ProCare program, collect parent fees, and update the ledger.
• Provide classroom and front desk coverage as needed.
• Communicate regularly with parents, staff, and agency.
