Under the general direction of the University Registrar andAssociate Registrars, the Enrollment Experience Coordinator isresponsible for coordinating programs, services, and initiativesthat support a seamless and student-centered enrollment experience.The incumbent collaborates with Enrollment Management, AcademicAffairs, Student Affairs, and other campus partners to implementenrollment processes and initiatives that promote timelyregistration, equitable access to courses, and studentsuccess.
The Enrollment Experience Coordinator serves as a key resource forenrollment planning and student support by coordinatingenrollment-related programs, identifying opportunities to improveenrollment processes, and assisting with initiatives that reduceadministrative barriers to student enrollment. The positionprovides coordination and support for specialized studentpopulations, including returning students, graduate students, andhigh school dual enrollment students, ensuring these populationsreceive appropriate enrollment guidance and services.
The incumbent coordinates enrollment initiatives such aspre-enrollment programs, enrollment communications, registration support, and related technologies that enhance student enrollmentexperience. The position also provides lead work direction tosupport staff and student assistants, coordinates training, analyzes enrollment trends, assists with enrollment-relatedprojects, and supports implementation of university policies andprocedures related to registration and records.

This is a full-time, exempt position, which will lead toward permanent status following the successful completion of a probationary period.

Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $5,540 per month
CSU Classification Salary Range: $5,540 - $7,893 per month
Salary is commensurate with the background and experience of the individual selected.
