Job summary

Zenith American Solutions in Denver, CO seeks an Eligibility & Enrollment Processor to support enrollment operations, maintain member records, and respond to inquiries with accuracy and timeliness. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months general office experience.
• Strong work ethic and team player mentality.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Solid organization and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Maintains current knowledge of assigned Plan(s) and applies knowledge in job functions.
• Provides customer service via phone, written, or face-to-face communications and documents inquiries.
• Maintain member and dependent files in the administration system.
• Resolve eligibility & enrollment issues with vendors (PPOs, PBMs, etc.).
• Handle inbound/outbound correspondence such as ID cards and eligibility packets.
• Researches and resolves complex issues and irregularities.
• Respond to inquiries from examiners and billing processors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
