Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years in enrollment management, eligibility, or contract compliance.
• Knowledge of ERSEA, California State Preschool, and related programs.
• Experience with enrollment systems and reporting tools.
• Understanding of funding-based reimbursement rules.

Responsibilities

• Own enrollment growth and maintain 92% enrollment across 10 sites.
• Verify family eligibility, schedules, and enrollment status per funding sources.
• Maintain accurate enrollment records and manage waitlists.
• Coordinate with Marketing to develop enrollment campaigns and outreach.
• Supervise Enrollment and Eligibility Coordinators and provide training.
• Maintain system access, data entry standards, and periodic audits.
• Prepare documentation for audits and funder requests.
