Job summary

Broward College seeks a Federal Enrollment Reporting and FLEID Specialist to support the Registrar Compliance and Training team. Under limited supervision, you will manage student data reporting accuracy, FLEID data management, and enrollment reporting aligned with Florida state guidelines.

You will collaborate with Institutional Research, perform data cleanup as needed, ensure FERPA compliance, and maintain secure data collection while meeting reporting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Four years of relevant data management and reporting experience.
• Knowledge of FERPA and federal student data regulations.
• Experience with SIS and electronic reporting systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and submission of accurate reports to state and federal departments collecting educational information.
• Work directly in the State and college community to ensure that FLEID numbers are managed accurately. Generate FLEID reports and correct errors on the reports generated.
• Maintain data integrity, analyze enrollment data, and utilize tracking systems to accurately report student data.
• Act as a resource for other staff and field representatives regarding proper data entry and reporting requirements.
• Establishes and oversees a schedule for data collection aligned with the state submission schedule and submits timely reports.
• Maintain security of data collection and confidentiality of information.
• Keep current on Florida Department of Education procedures and reporting requirements.
• Attend webinars and meetings on federal/state reporting, recommending report modifications for compliance.
• Collaborate with Registrar and Institutional Research to ensure data collection aligns with state guidelines.
