Deerfield Academy seeks an Enrollment Data Coordinator to support prospective families through the application process, manage applicant records, and assist Admission Officers during peak periods. This is a full-time role during the academic year (40 weeks).
The position reports to the Dean of Financial Aid & Enrollment and collaborates with the Admission Team to ensure timely communications and accurate data entry. Strong customer service and data-management skills are essential.
The successful candidate will receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus ($500 paid at time of hire and $500 paid at the end of 90 days of employment.
Reporting to the Dean of Financial Aid & Enrollment and collaborating with the Admission Team, the Enrollment Data Coordinator coordinates Admission Office communications, supports prospective families throughout the application process, maintains applicant records and materials and participates in admission events. This position is full time during the academic year (40 weeks a year).
