Job summary

Elevance Health seeks an Enrollment Data Analyst III (US) to oversee daily enrollment file updates, member reconciliation, and complex enrollment issue resolution in a flexible, virtual/hybrid environment.

The role requires an AA/AS in Information Systems, Health Care Management or Business and at least three years in an analytical role, including one year in enrollment analysis; strong Excel and Outlook skills are preferred, with collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Provides process oversight of daily business operations to Enrollment Analysts as it relates to resolution enrollment processes of assigned markets.
• Serves as Subject Matter Expert for Enrollment Operations in assigned market(s).
• Monitors market-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) per contractual requirements, escalating issues to management as needed.
• Interfaces with state agencies, Health Plans, and various internal departments as needed to investigate and resolve complex enrollment issues.
• Participates in market meetings and audits as needed to provide market specific details regarding enrollment load and reconciliation processing.

Enrollment Data Analyst III (US)

Virtual: This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, except for required in-person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. This approach promotes productivity, supports work-life integration, and ensures essential face-to-face onboarding and skill development. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

The Enrollment Data Analyst III (US) will be responsible for daily business operations, including overseeing the automated daily and monthly enrollment file updates, member reconciliation process for assigned markets and resolution of complex enrollment issues.

How you will make an impact

Minimum Requirements

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong email communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage inquiries and collaborate with multiple departments.
• Familiarity with GBD Facets is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to learn production tools, systems, and processes quickly.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $21.92 to $32.88.
