Job summary

Comfort Medical, LLC is seeking a customer service representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, present and close products and services, and manage patient enrollment and repeat order opportunities. The role requires documenting in Brightree and following corporate compliance guidelines.

The position emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to schedule flexibly to meet business needs, with a focus on delivering courteous, professional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year experience in the field.
• Willingness to engage in telephone direct sales.

Responsibilities

• Process leads from external departments to complete the necessary follow-up and product offerings.
• Place outbound telephone calls in response to the customer’s inquiry as documented on the correspondence, or other approved marketing lead.
• Research and problem resolution, communicating the outcome to the customer as appropriate.
• Complete and/or update all pertinent records in Brightree using Corporate Compliance Guidelines.
• Exceeds Quality and Quantity Performance Standards.
• Sets a positive example for co-workers by observing and adhering to all Departmental and Corporate Policies and/or Procedures.
• Supportive in assisting the Department’s Leadership Team in achieving departmental goals by completion of tasks, continued training, etc.
