Job summary

Comfort Medical is seeking a customer service representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, present and close products, and manage patient enrollment and repeat order opportunities with courtesy and professionalism.

The role requires documenting in Brightree, following Corporate Compliance Guidelines, and maintaining effective customer relationships while meeting quality and productivity standards. Demonstrated flexibility and ethical conduct are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year experience in the field.
• Willingness to engage in telephone direct sales.

Responsibilities

• Process leads from external departments to complete the necessary follow-up and product offerings.
• Place outbound telephone calls in response to the customer’s inquiry as documented on the correspondence, or other approved marketing lead.
• Research and problem resolution, communicating the outcome to the customer as appropriate.
• Complete and/or update all pertinent records in Brightree using Corporate Compliance Guidelines.
• Exceed Quality and Quantity Performance Standards.
• Set a positive example for co-workers by observing and adhering to all Departmental and Corporate Policies and/or Procedures.
• Assist the Department’s Leadership Team in achieving departmental goals by completing tasks, continued training, etc.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and/or co-workers.
• Maintain effective knowledge of policies, procedures, and skills required to complete job duties.
• Be available and flexible in scheduling to meet the changing business requirements of the position.
• Follow good housekeeping and quality procedures.
• Practice and observe all safety practices.
• Perform additional duties as directed by departmental management.
• Occasionally, employees recognized as high performers or with demonstrated productivity leadership may be asked to engage in overtime.
• Comfort Medical employees must conduct business to the highest ethical and professional standards, comply with applicable laws and regulations, the Advamed Code of Ethics on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals, and company policies.
