Job summary

Providence Health & Services is seeking a Credentialing Coordinator to manage data collection, organization and submission of enrollment applications required by health plans, hospitals and regulatory agencies.

You will collaborate with practitioners, clinic leadership, Medical Staff, Provider Relations, Human Resources and Epic analysts to ensure timely payor enrollment for new practitioners and re-enrollment for established providers.

Qualifications

• Organizational and communication skills (written, presentation, listening, and oral).
• Evidence of ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks of medium complexity.
• Takes initiative and works independently with minimal guidance.
• Previous provider credentialing, healthcare or general office experience

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize enrollment applications required by health plans, hospitals and regulatory agencies.
• Submit enrollment applications and ensure timely payor enrollment for new and established practitioners.
