Job summary

Curana Health is seeking a Provider Enrollment Coordinator to support enrollment for physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants across our medical group. You will prepare and submit Medicare, Medicaid, and other payer applications, ensuring timely credentialing and compliant enrollment.

The role requires collaboration with Credentialing, HR, and Operations to align onboarding dates with provider start times, maintain data accuracy in systems like NPPES and PECOS, and resolve payor

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in provider enrollment or healthcare administration.
• Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid enrollment processes.
• Experience with enrollment systems (CAQH, NPPES, PECOS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end provider enrollment for physicians, NPs, and PAs.
• Submit enrollment applications to Medicare, Medicaid, and other payers.
• Manage facility privileging and attestation for SNFs and senior living communities.
• Maintain provider data across internal systems for consistency.
• Collaborate with Credentialing, HR, and Operations to align onboarding timelines.
• Follow up with payers, facilities, and providers to resolve discrepancies.
• Track enrollment status and report progress to stakeholders.
• Support audits and reviews related to enrollment and compliance.
