Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to exercise professional oral and written communication skills.
• Two years of provider credentialing or enrollment experience preferred.
• Experience with CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, and credentialing/enrollment systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and monitor payor enrollment applications with multiple payors.
• Coordinate initial enrollment, re-enrollment, and provider participation records.
• Maintain electronic credentialing files: licensure, certifications, DEA, and work history.
• Track status, follow up with payors and facilities, provide timely updates.
